The Drive Simulator certified by
Japan’s National Police Agency has been approved
for use in Driving Schools across Japan.

By following the standards and guidelines set by the Japan Traffic Management Technology Association
this drive simulator is geared towards driver education.
Hazardous and unique situations can be experienced in a realistic and safe VR simulation environment.
The Drive Simulator includes 3, 42-inch, monitors to further improve immersion in the 3D environment.
The steering and pedals accurately represent an actual vehicle with active force feedback and a fully functional dashboard.

UC-win/Road Safe Driving Simulator

Utilizing the latest 3DVR software this wide-angle simulator allows for an immersive driving experience. There are currently 4 prepared training scenarios that have been approved for use in Driving Schools. The simulator also includes a replay and diagnosis system to enable the proper assessment of the driver’s abilities.

Users can review own driving by switching 3 viewpoints between cockpit view, bird view, and satellite view. The viewpoints can also be adjusted by using the zoom and rotation function. Users can check their driving by using the rewind (fast / slow), pause, play, slow, fast-forwarding and slider.

For ECO driving diagnosis

Using driving log by UC-win/Road, the Eco-Drive Plug-in option calculates fuel consumption and carbon footprint of driving and makes a graph. It also provides a comprehensive ECO drive diagnosis by quantifying fuel consumption, carbon dioxide, sudden acceleration, and sudden deceleration.

In the VR space, users can freely create and edit scenarios that assume the actual environment and events, and generate arbitrary events. In the traffic simulation, it is possible to dynamically specify the speed, lane, and range of speed limit in addition to controlling speed, generating and deleting of traffic flow.

Creates VR space from map data easily

Buildings and forests can be automatically placed on 3D terrain data simply by specifying the target area on the online map. With the OSM plugin option, users can automatically create roads in the area specified on the online map and experience real-time simulation of driving, traffic, and environment.

Consists of a central control PC, multiple PCs for DS, and a printer. The machines are connected via a network, and users can instruct the start of diagnosis and aggregate results.
